Information you send us

If you submit an enquiry or request a catalogue, we process the details you choose to provide, including your name, company, email address, phone number, project information and attachments. We use them to respond to you and manage related business correspondence. A catalogue request may be reviewed before a download link is sent. Access is limited to staff who need the information for that purpose.

Optional analytics and session recordings

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, pages visited, navigation and interactions such as document and contact button clicks. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session reconstructions on this website. A session reconstruction does not record activity outside this website.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text or uploaded files to Google Analytics. We mask form content in Clarity. Analytics and Clarity are not loaded until you choose Accept in the cookie notice. If you choose Decline, they do not load. You can reopen Cookie settings in the website footer and change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops optional tracking from that point; information already collected remains subject to the providers' retention practices and any applicable deletion rights.

Recipients and international processing

Google and Microsoft provide the analytics services above and may process analytics data outside your country or region under their applicable terms and safeguards. Our website hosting and business email providers process information needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. We do not use a visitor company identification service.

Retention and your choices

Our guideline is to review enquiry and catalogue request records 24 months after the last related business correspondence and remove records that are no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law or for a legal claim. Analytics records are retained according to the settings and policies of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent to optional analytics. Email info@leadinlighting.com with your request. We may need to verify that the enquiry record belongs to you before acting.
