Request a project lighting quotation with your BOQ
Have a lighting BOQ and technical specifications from your designer or consultant? Send those documents to leadinlight to start your quotation enquiry. You do not need to rewrite the specifications or select every product yourself before contacting us.
Start with the documents you already have
Send your lighting bill of quantities (BOQ) and the technical specifications that go with it. Keep the item references, descriptions and quantities so each requested fitting can be identified.
If the technical parameters are already included in the BOQ, that document is enough to start the conversation. If they are in a separate specification sheet or luminaire schedule, attach it alongside the BOQ.
Add a short project note
Include the project location and your requested delivery date, if known. Mention whether you are seeking a budget estimate or a quotation against an approved specification.
Drawings and reference images can be included if available. You do not need to assemble a full technical pack before making the first enquiry. Flag any missing or undecided items; these can be clarified with the relevant project team before the quotation is finalised.
