Luxury Residential Building - Dubai, UAE

This G+3P+15F+Roof residential development in Dubai required a statement chandelier tailored to its refined interior design. LEADIN collaborated with the contractor and M/S Mazaya Consulting Engineering to translate the design intent into a buildable lighting feature.

Lighting Solution

The custom chandelier was developed around the proportions, finishes and visual rhythm of the space. Design coordination and fabrication focused on craftsmanship, balanced illumination and seamless integration with the surrounding architecture.
